                Kanato Sakamaki (逆巻 カナト Sakamaki Kanato) adalah anak ke-4 dalam rumah tangga Sakamaki. Kanato, Laito, dan Ayato adalah anak-kembar-tiga, anaknya Cordelia yang merupakan anak dari Raja Iblis dan istri pertama Karl Heinz, Raja Vampire.

                Kanato mempunyai mata berwarna ungu terang dan besar yang sama dengan rambut ungunya. Dia juga mempunyai kantung mata yang disebabkan oleh lingkaran ungu gelap, yang terbentuk dibawah matanya. Kemungkinan disebabkan oleh kurang tidur. Kanato hampir tidak pernah muncul tanpa membawa Teddy ‘tercinta’nya yang dipegangnya dengan aman di lengannya.

                Kanato Sakamaki (逆巻 カナト Sakamaki Kanato) is the fourth son of the Sakamaki household. Kanato along with Laito and Ayato, the triplets, are the sons of Cordelia, daughter of the Demon Lord and the first wife of Karlheinz, the Vampire King.

                Kanato has big light purple eyes that match his purple hair. He also has bags under his eyes causing a dark purple circle to form under his eyes. It's likely that this might be because of lack of sleep. Kanato is almost never seen without his beloved Teddy wrapped safely in his arms.
